Mobility Ticket

How do you get your free tickets? This offer is available exclusively to guests residing in Switzerland and applies to stays of two or more consecutive nights. It is valid only for direct bookings made through October 31, 2026.

Once your reservation is complete, almost everything happens automatically.

Five days before your departure, you’ll receive an email (mobility@valais.ch) with a personal discount voucher for your outbound trip and another for your return trip, both in second class. For last-minute bookings, you’ll receive the promo codes a few hours after your reservation is confirmed. Be sure to check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive on time.

You can then use your discount codes separately in the online stores and apps of various transportation companies (e.g., SBB) and organizations by entering the corresponding discount codes. Be sure to book your trips as one-way tickets (i.e., not round-trip tickets) in two separate purchases, and to use the discount code corresponding to the direction of travel each time.

Discount codes can also be used at ticket counters and ticket vending machines.
